Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is seeking an Assistant Manager of Human Resources to lead day-to-day HR operations for the site in Alabama. The role focuses on recruiting, attendance and leave administration, performance management, payroll and benefits coordination, HR systems, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least ten years of HR management

Qualifications

Experience leading HR activities in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of employment law, policies, and compliance.
Proven ability to coordinate recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct routine HR department functions.
Guide employee orientation, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution.
Ensure HR policies are applied consistently across the organization.
Coordinate recruiting for hourly and salaried roles with proper onboarding.
Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics to identify trends and improvements.
