Job summary

Trademark Recruiting/Consulting is seeking an HR Recruiting Manager for our manufacturing operations in Florida. The role focuses on full life-cycle recruitment, building pipelines, and collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to engage diverse candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in manufacturing, strong knowledge of employment laws, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Conduct interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
• Foster a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand.
