Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for salaried manufacturing positions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, operations, management, and corporate roles, building strong candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, with solid sourcing skills and excellent relationship-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, focused on salaried employees.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles.
• Strong sourcing using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruiting software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple manufacturing functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and long-term talent goals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality process.
• Build and maintain pipelines of top talent for key roles using internal databases, job boards, and networks.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners.
• Support employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice in manufacturing.
• Stay updated on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and TA best practices.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
• Participate in campus recruiting, industry events, and associations to identify candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
