Job summary
Appathon.Ai is seeking an Application Support Engineer for manufacturing systems in Liberty, NC. The role covers Level 2/3 support for Siemens Opcenter MOM and Ignition SCADA, troubleshooting issues across applications, interfaces, and data, and maintaining manufacturing workflows and master data onsite.
Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in manufacturing support, strong debugging skills, and experience with MES/MOM and SCADA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical field required.
- 3–5 years in application support in manufacturing/production.
- Experience with MES/MOM, SCADA, or manufacturing apps.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience supporting 24x7 manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Siemens Opcenter MOM and Ignition SCADA.
- Troubleshoot application, interface, integration, and data issues.
- Support manufacturing workflows, traceability, and electronic work instructions.
- Configure and maintain application settings, master data, and workflows.
- Support Ignition Gateway, Vision, Perspective, alarms, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform root cause analysis and assist in major incident recovery.
