Job summary

OnPoint Insights is looking for an experienced MES Analyst to support and optimize Manufacturing Execution Systems in a manufacturing environment. The role involves monitoring MES applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing training.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of MES experience, preferably with Apriso, and a strong background in application support and problem-solving skills. Occasional travel within the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MES experience, preferably with Apriso.
• 3+ years of application support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in an ITAR-compliant environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support MES applications.
• Resolve system issues and meet SLA requirements.
• Support production teams for smooth operations.
• Perform testing, debugging, and analysis.
