Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Visual Basic, VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of software applications, databases, reporting, and system integration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve manufacturing and business software.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, database processes, and data interfaces.
• Develop or modify programs and internal tools using Visual Basic, VB.NET, and other programming or scripting languages.
• Troubleshoot application, database, reporting, and system integration issues.
• Work with users to understand operational requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Develop reports, utilities, and automated processes to improve workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and visibility.
• Support integrations between ERP/MRP, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other company systems.
• Assist with application upgrades, implementations, testing, configuration, and system enhancements.
