Job summary

Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end MES and manufacturing technology initiatives in a manufacturing environment. You will manage plans, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to deliver site-wide deployments and continuous improvements.

The role requires strong manufacturing process knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work onsite 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in project management for manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Experience managing projects involving MES platforms, manufacturing applications, or shop floor systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and plant environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite with manufacturing operations teams.

What you will bring:

• 8+ years of overall experience and at least 4+ years of project management experience supporting manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Experience managing projects involving MES platforms, manufacturing applications, or shop floor systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and plant environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite and engage directly with manufacturing operations teams.
• Experience within regulated industries such as Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Food Manufacturing is nice to have
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
