Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and optimization of manufacturing work centers.
- Establish standardized layouts and equipment utilization strategies.
- Implement best practices for material flow and visual management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance and scalability.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality and leadership teams.
