You will partner with production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain to implement sustainable solutions and standardize best practices.

The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and hands-on problem solving, with opportunity to advance into CI leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in process improvement and equipment reliability.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve processes and equipment to boost safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for production and equipment downtime.
• Lead CI projects from scope to implementation, validation, reporting, and sustainability.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SPC and root cause analysis to eliminate waste and improve performance.
• Analyze KPIs such as downtime, scrap, yield to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop process maps, FMEAs, control plans, standard work, SOPs, and related docs.
• Collaborate across functions to implement solutions and resolve issues.
• Coach teams on CI tools, standard work, problem solving, and safety.
