The role blends engineering rigor with lean manufacturing to remove waste and elevate process capability across the production system. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams, support new product introductions, and develop cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; preferably with industrial engineering education.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Electronic Manufacturing Engineering.
• Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Kaizen Leadership.
• PLC and HMI programming experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacture to ensure engineering documentation aligns with methods.
• Support new product introductions per company policy.
• Verify performance validation tests for Production Entry.
• Identify root causes of handling problems and drive containment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost quality, productivity and delivery.
• Support Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
