• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of machining, assembly, fabrication, and automation.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and quality improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and simulation tools.
• Data-driven decision making and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
• Identify cost-effective process improvements including automation and tooling upgrades.
• Perform time and motion studies and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain production documentation and SOPs.
• Lead or participate in Lean initiatives like 5S, Kaizen.
• Conduct process capability studies and regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System procedures.
