Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA or El Segundo, CA is seeking a Manager Manufacturing Systems Engineering 2 to lead the Advanced Manufacturing Technology team. You will drive the development and transition of advanced manufacturing and digital worker capabilities to improve production efficiency, quality, and workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher in a STEM field with required years of leadership experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Special Program Access.
- Experience leading an engineering or multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to travel 10–15% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in development, implementation, and transition of manufacturing systems for production.
- Oversee digital worker solutions, AR/VR, RFID, IIoT, and related tooling.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, IT, and program leadership.
- Manage scope, cost, schedule, and execution for multiple programs.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across manufacturing tech.
