Job summary

You will oversee AR/VR, IIoT, connected worker tools, and data-driven manufacturing to improve production efficiency, quality, and workforce effectiveness in a demanding aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a STEM discipline with 7–9 years of combined technical and leadership experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Special Program Access.
• Experience leading engineering teams, program management, and proposal support.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in development, implementation, and transition of manufacturing systems.
• Oversee digital worker technologies, AR/VR, IIoT, RFID, and data-driven manufacturing.
• Coordinate with operations, quality, IT, and program leadership to meet objectives.
• Manage scope, cost, and schedule for multiple projects and initiatives.
