Prequel Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams in supporting and enhancing business applications for manufacturing operations. You will translate operational needs into technical solutions, support ERP implementations, and deliver reporting that drives efficiency.

The role emphasizes process improvement, requirements gathering, and end-user training to maximize adoption of enterprise systems within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience supporting business applications in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Hands-on ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimization experience.
• Experience leading projects from requirements through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to understand operational challenges and suggest technology-driven solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to capture requirements and document current/future processes.
• Evaluate workflows and identify efficiency improvements through system enhancements.
• Support ERP and other enterprise applications deployments, testing, and adoption.
• Create functional specs and coordinate with developers for system enhancements.
• Develop process documentation, workflows, tests, and user guides.
• Coordinate UAT, validate results, and assist with issue resolution during deployments.
• Design and maintain reporting solutions delivering meaningful insights.
• Promote self-service analytics and scalable reporting processes.
• Support expansion initiatives by evaluating processes and proposing scalable solutions.
• Maintain documentation for applications and support processes.
