Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with people leadership and a track record of improving manufacturing metrics, including OEE, setup times, and staffing effectiveness. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing with a proven leadership progression.
• Direct people management experience with conflict resolution, coaching, and employee development.
• Experience developing and driving results through key manufacturing metrics (safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale).

Responsibilities

• Drive results through manufacturing performance and deliver production metrics.
• Manage department overtime and strategic hiring to balance cost.
• Maintain staffing model and drive labor efficiency through cross-training.
• Collaborate with planning and scheduling to execute weekly/monthly production plans.
• Support equipment upgrades and new product introductions while meeting targets.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements with lean initiatives.
• Lead direct and indirect teams with clear scorecard-based accountability.
• Deploy talent management programs to attract and develop manufacturing talent.
