Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and previous leadership experience in manufacturing. CoMET, SAP and MS Office skills are preferred; you will report to the Team Leader and contribute to a safe, high-performing operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cable manufacturing through process optimization and flow enhancements to maximize efficiencies.
• Coordinate equipment and staffing to enhance production performance.
• Monitor and adjust production plan for shift consistency.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping on the manufacturing floor.
• Organize personnel resources to optimize plant output.
• Provide daily status reports and communicate scheduling changes.
