Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a production environment.
• 5+ years of logistics, shipping, and/or receiving experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient night shift operations across warehouse, shipping, and receiving.
• Direct activities to meet quality, cost, and on-time goals; coach team members.
• Manage employee time and attendance for payroll processing.
• Maintain shipping/receiving metrics and costs reporting.
• Ensure inventory accuracy of raw materials and finished goods.
