Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of hourly production professionals in the manufacturing of world-class vehicles in the United States. You will uphold Lean standards, coordinate downtime, and drive continuous improvement while coaching your team for safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage within a unionized, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paint experience supervising hourly teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing setting and ability to use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Supervisors to deliver world-class vehicle production.
• Uphold Ford Production System standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate downtime planning, safety documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Coach and develop hourly team members to reach performance targets.
• Identify and implement system-wide improvements to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate clearly and maintain a culture of respect and inclusion.
