Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Tucson, AZ seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee fast-paced diagnostics production, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and drive cross-functional process improvements. You will be part of the Operations Extended Leadership Team, leading shifts and aligning goals with safety and Lean principles.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and 4 years of relevant production experience, including 2 years in people or project leadership, with strong data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 4 years of production/manufacturing/supply chain experience, with 2 years in process, people or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower direct reports or teams; provide coaching and feedback on performance.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, production issues and equipment maintenance needs; collaborate with support functions for resolution.
• Coordinate with process lead for resource management.
• Responsible for production manufacturing adherence and end-to-end process understanding.
• Set goals and align deliverables for shifts; report misses and implement corrective actions.
• Create a lean culture by empowering the workforce to continuously improve and reduce waste using lean tools.
