Job summary

Roche is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Tucson, AZ to support fast-paced diagnostic production. You will lead a team, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement across the value stream.

The role requires a STEM-leaning mindset, a Bachelor’s degree, and 4 years in production with at least 2 years in leadership. The position offers a discretionary annual bonus and relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; STEM degree preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing/supply chain or related field; 2 years in process, people or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach direct reports, providing ongoing feedback and development.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, production issues and equipment maintenance needs; coordinate resolutions.
• Coordinate with process lead for resource management and adherence to end-to-end production processes.
• Set shift goals, report misses to daily/weekly/monthly goals and implement corrective actions.
• Drive a lean culture and continuous improvement with lean manufacturing tools.
