As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be supporting a fast-paced operation to deliver diagnostic products and ensure continuous quality, schedule adherence, and efficient production. You will be a member of the Operations Extended Leadership Team, interfacing with other Operations Extended Leadership Team members to deliver on goals and/or collaborate to drive business strategy. You will operate per internal and external quality and safety requirements and work with area leadership to evaluate production process data and drive continuous improvement cross-functionally to achieve operational KPIs.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ is 75,000.00 - 139,400.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
