Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing/supply chain or related field; 2 years in process, people or project leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Proven skills in process improvement.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong team leadership per VACC principles.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Critical thinking and problem solving with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower direct reports or teams with coaching and development.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and production issues; collaborate with support functions for resolution.
• Coordinate with process lead for resource management.
• Ensure production adherence and understanding of end-to-end processes.
• Set goals, track shifts and report misses; implement corrective actions.
• Foster lean culture and empower ideas to reduce waste; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peers across shifts/functions on value stream and global projects.
