Job summary

• 7–10 years in Plant, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing operations on first shift to meet production requirements and quality standards, coordinating with planning team and Team Leads.
• Provide technical engineering assistance to all Pleasant Prairie departments, including investigation, recommendation, approval, and implementation to resolve assembly problems and process improvements.
• Maintain 6S Standards in compliance with safety rules, lean practices, and OSHA requirements.
• Administer established policies by ensuring compliance with the Pleasant Prairie Handbook for Hourly Shop Employees.
• Provide back-up support for plant maintenance personnel.
