• Maintain 6S Standards in compliance with safety rules, lean practices, and OSHA requirements.
• Administer established policies by ensuring compliance with the Pleasant Prairie Handbook for Hourly Shop Employees.
• Provide back-up support for plant maintenance personnel.

POC for special engineering projects, and first responder for all assembly and fabrication shop problems. Completes other projects as assigned by the Plant.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Direct the manufacturing operations on first shift to meet production requirements and quality standards, though coordination with planning team and working through Team Leads to accomplish work assignments.* Provide technical engineering assistance to all Pleasant Prairie departments.
