Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing pack-out, drive lean improvements, and manage budgets to improve quality and efficiency. You will supervise staff, ensure on-time shipments, and enforce safety standards across the production floor.

You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, IT, and QA to resolve issues, while driving continuous improvement and reporting performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and lean principles.
• Able to manage time, schedules, and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train production leads and staff to foster accountability and safety.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to boost efficiency.
• Oversee pack-out operations to ensure accurate packing and on-time shipments.
• Manage packaging materials and inventory with safety compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve shop floor discrepancies.
• Enforce quality control throughout the packing process.
• Manage budgets and pursue cost reductions while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean manufacturing methods.
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of pack-out equipment.
• Prepare reports on production output, quality, and efficiency.
