Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and help build a growing 2nd shift team at a well-established manufacturer in Mechanic Falls, Maine. The role features a 4-day schedule (Mon–Thu, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM) and a pay range of $27–$37 per hour.

You’ll drive safety, quality, and output goals on the floor, develop staff, and shape shift processes as demand grows.

This hands-on leadership role offers visibility and ownership as the operation expands.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience in build/growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals
• Help build, train, and develop a growing production team
• Adjust workflows as volume increases
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor
