Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a manufacturing or production supervisor.
• Direct oversight experience of 10+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies.
• Monitor production processes for safe, efficient operations and identify improvements.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to staff with proper training and coverage.
• Oversee daily line operations and supervise production employees.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
