Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year. You will supervise the night shift, coach and develop employees, schedule personnel, manage payroll submissions, and ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with employee scheduling and payroll administration.
• Knowledge of production, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Availability to work night shift and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all night shift production activities and ensure production goals are met.
• Lead, train, coach, and support production employees while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Schedule personnel, complete weekly payroll submissions, and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and housekeeping expectations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with management to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
