Pay Rate: $27-$36/hour + shift differential

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We are hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our client, a well-established global manufacturer in the Poland, Maine area. This position offers competitive pay and is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential.

This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams on the production floor while driving efficiency and safety. Enjoy a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend, plus a convenient commute from the Lewiston/Auburn and Gray/New Gloucester areas.

Typical daily duties:
