Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversees ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of products/sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures and develops schedules/manpower for the area.
• Addresses problems of moderate scope and uses defined procedures to determine actions.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and peers; provides direct supervision to staff.
