Responsibilities

• Supervise a department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversee ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of products.
• Prioritize production schedules based on introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plan and administer procedures.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements.
• Resolve problems within defined scope.
• Interact daily with subordinates and peers.
• Provide direct supervision to professional staff.
