You will oversee audits, fall-out, and department practices to meet company requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversee ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of products.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials.
• Plan and administer procedures.
• Develop schedules and manpower for the area.
• Address problems of moderate scope.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine action.
• Interact daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
• Provide direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.
