Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee a department in a fast-paced ISO-driven production environment. You will manage schedules, ensure quality, and mentor staff while delivering cost-efficient manufacturing of data center components for leading cloud and enterprise customers.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with four years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Four years of related manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a department/shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversees ISO-compliant, cost-effective manufacturing.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction and materials availability.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for the area.
• Solves problems of moderate scope within defined procedures.
• Exercises judgment within policies to determine actions.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and peers.
• Provides direct supervision to professional and skilled staff.
