Qualifications

• Four years of related manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications is required.
• Dynamic, team-oriented work experience is important.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversees ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of products/sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
• Develops schedules and manpower for the assigned area.
• Interacts with subordinates and peer groups daily.
• Provides supervision to professional and non-exempt staff.
