Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree can substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated lead, trainer, or informal leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, TrackWise and MasterControl.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a production environment.
• Collaboration and team building.
• Accountability and risk assessment.
• Passion for cGMP compliance and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing execution across assigned areas to ensure compliant, and efficient production.
• Promote safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation, including batch records and logbooks.
• Oversee production readiness including staffing, materials, equipment status, and documentation accuracy.
• Drive operational excellence through Leader Standard Work and manufacturing standards.
• Communicate operational risks and performance to leadership.
