Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily aseptic manufacturing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of 10–20 technicians. You will drive schedules, materials, and KPI achievement while fostering continuous improvement across a global pharmaceutical leader.

The role emphasizes cGMP adherence, safety, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sterile products with quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications desired.
• 2+ years in a regulated manufacturing industry with at least 1 year in a lead role required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of production technicians in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Specialists to create optimized hourly production schedules, room and equipment schedules, and ensure availability of critical materials and equipment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing / workflow to meet output targets and minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper gowning, aseptic techniques, and compliance in cleanroom operations.
• Ensure the team is achieving the defined KPI and everyone is aware of the goals.
• Optimize the labor and materials associated with your respective process.
