Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing industry with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience desired.
• SAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of production technicians in manufacturing, ensuring adherence to SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate to create optimized hourly production schedules, room/equipment schedules, and ensure availability of materials/equipment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing/workflow to meet output targets and minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper gowning, aseptic techniques, and compliance in cleanroom operations.
• Review and approve batch records, logbooks, and production documentation.
