Job summary

This role emphasizes coaching, quality, and continuous improvement, with on-site compensation starting at $81,800 and up to $142,800, plus full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Regulated manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of production technicians in manufacturing, ensuring SOPs and batch records compliance.
• Collaborate to create optimized hourly production schedules and ensure material availability.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing to meet output targets.
• Ensure proper gowning and aseptic techniques in cleanroom operations.
• Maintain KPI visibility and communicate goals to the team.
• Review and approve batch records and production documentation.
• Support audits, investigations, and CAPAs with QA.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EU, and other regulatory standards.
