Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor I to empower and lead a team toward operational excellence in cGMP manufacturing. You will oversee aseptic operations, drive performance, ensure safety, and manage documentation and readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree can be used in lieu of 2 years’ experience.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, production, operations, logistics, or other regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, TrackWise and MasterControl.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a production environment.
• Passion for cGMP compliance and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing execution across assigned areas to ensure compliant, and efficient production.
• Promote and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
• Accountable for functional key performance indicators and evaluations for management reviews.
• Drive operational excellence through Leader Standard Work and manufacturing standards.
• Oversee production readiness including staffing, materials, equipment status, and documentation accuracy.
• Actively manage production performance, staffing levels, and operational metrics to ensure target attainment.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, aseptic standards, and environmental monitoring requirements.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation including batch records and logbooks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and improvement opportunity identification to drive resolution of complex operational issues.
