Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Production Associate to assign employees to work stations, train them, and monitor performance in a GMP-compliant facility. You will set up and inspect equipment, run pre-op checks, and ensure safety and quality goals are met.

You'll work with SAP, monitor KPI data, and maintain production records while adhering to GMP standards. The role offers overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, with wages disclosed on the careers site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-the-job experience with process flow, quality, efficiency, safety.
• Knowledge of SAP and basic computer skills.
• KPI familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assigns employees to work stations and tasks; trains and checks performance.
• Assist with safety, quality, and production goals.
• Set up, adjust, and inspect production equipment; perform pre-op and in-run checks.
• Enter operating data and maintain production records; ensure GMP compliance.
• Diagnose production problems and initiate corrective actions.
