Responsibilities

• Train, instruct, and supervise employees to produce a quality product safely and timely.
• Provide work assignments, procure parts, communicate production demands, and perform audits.
• Maintain safe working environment and meet company metrics (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
• Document production reports, scrap tickets, accident reports, and discipline notices; enforce policies.
