The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the manufacturing floor to ensure efficient and timely production processes. This position is responsible for coordinating production activities, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization to meet organizational goals. The supervisor will lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high levels of productivity and safety. They will also collaborate closely with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve issues and improve workflows. Ultimately, the Production Supervisor ensures that production targets are met while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with additional ERP systems or advanced SAP modules.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as ISO or OSHA.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze production data and generate actionable insights.
