Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related field.
• 2–5 years supporting manufacturing software (Opcenter, MES, APS, QMS).
• ERP/PLM/MRP experience is a plus.
• SQL proficiency and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for Opcenter APS, MES, QMS, and related tools.
• Coordinate deployment, configuration, testing, and validation activities.
• Deliver end-user training and create troubleshooting guides.
• Identify software improvement opportunities from customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and Snic's policies.
