Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Chandler, AZ concrete manufacturing facility. The role oversees all aspects of a fast-paced site, drives safety, quality, and efficiency, and leads a skilled team across shifts and operations.

You will manage budgets, capitalize on continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while delivering on production targets and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of plant management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing lines.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, maintenance, productivity, and quality on site.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the plant.
• Manage controllable expenses to meet financial goals.
• Lead recruitment, development, and mentorship of site staff.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and on-time, quality product delivery.
