Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years of plant/site or operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, scheduling, quality, inventory, and safety programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations for the facility.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved with safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, downtime, scrap, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve plant performance.
• Staffing and resource allocation to meet production demands.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Represent the site with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
