Southern Resin, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for its North Carolina polymer and resin manufacturing facility.

Site Manager – Southern Resin, Inc.
Position Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, safety, operational performance, and financial success of Southern Resin, Inc.'s manufacturing facility. This position provides strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for all plant operations, including production of polymer and resin products, maintenance, quality, environmental compliance, warehousing, inventory, shipping, and employee development.

The Site Manager ensures safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This individual serves as the senior leader at the facility and works closely with executive leadership to achieve company objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership & Plant Management
  • Provide overall leadership for all manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that support company goals.
  • Lead by example while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish performance expectations for all plant departments.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate company objectives.

Manufacturing Operations

Oversee all production activities involving:
