Job summary

NWH is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the overall operational performance of the facility in the United States. This role drives SQDCP—safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people—and leads day-to-day site execution, ensuring alignment with S&OP objectives and a high-performance culture.

The Site Manager is accountable for operational execution, team development, continuous improvement, and financial performance of the site. A strong shop floor leader with Lean experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people (SQDCP).
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with S&OP objectives.
• Drive operational performance in uptime, throughput, cost per unit, grade recovery, and waste reduction.
• Maintain a disciplined shop floor management system, including KPI boards and escalation processes.
• Own site cost-per-unit performance and operational metrics, with timely reporting.
