This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including safety, production, quality, customer service, employee development, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all daily plant operations.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead production planning and execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
