Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Strong operational and financial acumen.
Ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead site operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people (SQDCP).
Execute production plans aligned with S&OP objectives.
Drive uptime, throughput, and cost per unit improvements.
Maintain discipline through KPI boards and standard work.
Develop and coach site teams to high performance.
