Job summary

Northwest Hardwoods (NWH) is seeking a Site Manager to lead overall facility operations, safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance. This role drives day-to-day site execution, aligns with S&OP objectives, and builds a high-performance culture through strong shop floor leadership and KPI governance.

You will own operational execution, team development, continuous improvement, and financial performance of the site, with 5+ years of manufacturing leadership and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
• Execute production plans aligned with S&OP objectives.
• Drive uptime, throughput, cost per unit, yield, and waste reduction.
• Maintain a disciplined shop floor management system with KPI boards.
• Implement leader standard work with Gemba presence and action follow-through.
• Ensure safe, efficient and consistent operational processes.
• Lead continuous improvement focused on productivity, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Own site cost-per-unit performance and operational metrics.
• Support capital planning and site reporting.
